Zoning Board of Adjustment Public Notice

Public Notice is hereby given that the Town of North Topsail Beach Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold an Evidentiary Hearing following quasi-judicial procedures on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 5:30 p.m at Town Hall, 2008 Loggerhead Court, North Topsail Beach NC.

The purpose of this meeting is to hear and decide Case #V-23-01, a variance request by Paramounte Engineering, Inc. on behalf of its client the Town of North Topsail Beach from Unified Development Ordinance § 7.05 (G), in addition to the provisions of § 7.05 (A) and (B) to allow for construction of Fire Station 2 at 3304 Gray Street, North Topsail Beach NC.

Following the public hearing, the Board may discuss organizational matters pursuant to the Unified Development Ordinance §2.03.01.

All information pertaining to the Board of Adjustment public hearing may be viewed at Town Hall, 2008 Loggerhead Court, North Topsail Beach NC, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.
