Onslow County Beach Access #3 is located at the north end of North Topsail Beach off of River Rd. The access requires four wheel drive capabilities, and parking must be within the confines of the access.

Paid Parking

To collect revenue to pay for regular beach maintenance and nourishment, the Town of North Topsail Beach will implement paid parking at ALL town-controlled parking areas beginning March 1, 2021.
