Northern Shoreline Dune Truck Haul Project

The Town of North Topsail Beach (NTB) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for construction of the NTB Northern Shoreline Dune Rehabilitation Truck Haul.   The project includes placing approximately 61,000 cy of beach compatible material along ~21,500 feet of dunes.  The sand source is upland sand mine.  Two upland mines are included in the proposal and other potential beach compatible sand mines can also be used (subject to engineer and permitting approval). Hauling and travel on the beach will be necessary to perform the project.

Plans are available digitally by clicking here.  Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of North Topsail Beach at the Town Hall: 2008 Loggerhead Court, NTB, 28460.  Sealed proposals are due Friday, March 14, 2025 at 2pm local time.  Proposals will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter. NTB reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
