In accordance with § 143‑318.12, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Board of Aldermen of North Topsail Beach will be in attendance at the:

The Board of Alderman shall hold a special meeting to review the mutual termination and release agreement with AAPG, LLC., and to go into closed session for § 143‑318.11 (a)(3) Consultation with the Attorney.
