House Moving Permit Application

Requirements

A house moving permit application requires the following document:

• Licensed House Mover
• $1,000 security deposit in the form of a cashier’s check, made out to Town of North Topsail Beach

Application Process

North Topsail Beach has an online permitting platform; please complete the following:

1. Log into: https://www.citizenserve.com/northtopsailbeach
2. Complete a House Moving Application:
   1. Mouse over “Services” tab in the top bar
   2. Click on "Permits"
   3. In the left-hand column, click on "Apply online"
   4. Select "House Moving Permit" in the drop-down menu
   5. Complete the application
   6. Once complete click "Submit"
