Online Permit Submission
Online Permit Submissions with the ability to file Complaints and Requests are now available online through the Citizenserve Portal. The online portal will allow you to submit permit applications and view the status of your permits after they have been accepted. Inspection requests are made through the portal and results would be available in real-time as they are completed.
- To begin, register using the Citizenserve Portal.
- Login: Your username is: youremailaddress
- If you have forgotten your password, enter the username and clicking the “forgot password” button. A link will be emailed to you to change the password.
- If you have difficulty logging in with your email address, please Email the Permit Specialist to make sure your email address is associated with your contact file.
