Modification Request

When you have decided how this application will be changed, please follow these steps:

To modify this application:

1. Log into https://www.citizenserve.com/northtopsailbeach
2. Click on the “My Account” tab
3. Click “View My Requests” for building permits and/or “View My Planning and Zoning” for zoning permits. There will be an option to see pending applications.
4. Click on the permit you want to modify
5. Make the adjustments.
6. Upload the supporting document(s) with a narrative of the change you seek. This narrative can be submitted in the message space of the document upload.
7. Click submit at the bottom.
