Congrats to Chief Younginer on his Retirement

Congratulations to Chief William Younginer, Police Chief on your upcoming retirement this month! Thank you, Chief for your 7 years of service to the Town of North Topsail Beach and your 48 years of service in law enforcement.  Chief Younginer has been our Police Chief and has also served as the Town’s interim Town Manager during his tenure.  Thank you for your service, leadership and commitment.
