Potential impacts associated with Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine and Hurricane Humberto.

While confidence is high regarding impacts from long-period swell from Humberto, we want to stress that confidence is much lower regarding impacts associated with Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine. The low confidence is due to a very complex steering pattern and low confidence regarding the track of the system. Please continue to monitor for updates through the weekend as there is the potential for higher end impacts depending on the ultimate track of PTC 9. This is also a unique situation in that portions of the coast could be impacted by two separate systems (PTC 9 and Humberto).
