GFL CART CHANGE OUT

GFL will begin swapping trash and recycle carts for all residents in the town limits of North Topsail Beach on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Each resident will receive a new trash and recycle cart and the existing trash and recycle carts will be removed. If you have multiple carts they will be replaced as well provided, they are placed out for service and accessible.

When placing carts out to be serviced on Wednesday, December 3rd, we ask that each resident please leave your existing (old) trash and recycle carts at the street until they have been removed. Please do not continue to use your existing (old) carts after you have received your new carts.

Timeline of project

Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025 – Crews will begin delivering and removing carts. Crews will continue to work daily (excluding Sunday) until all new carts in the town limits of North Topsail Beach have been delivered and all existing (old) carts have been removed. We anticipate completing this project on Wednesday, December 10th.

Please note that we will be unable to remove your existing (old) carts if they are not accessible to our team.
