Application for Special Use Permit

A Pre-submittal conference is required prior to submission. To SCHEDULE A PREAPPLICATION MEETING, log into https://www.citizenserve.com/northtopsailbeach and complete the following:

Complete an Application for Pre-Application Meeting:

  1. Mouse over “Services” tab in the top bar
  2. Click on "Planning and Zoning"
  3. In the left-hand column, click on "Apply online"
  4. Select " Pre-Application Meeting " in the drop-down menu
  5. Complete the application
  6. Once complete click "Submit"

After the preapplication meeting, to submit an Application for Special Use Permit:

  1. Mouse over “Services” tab in the top bar
  2. Click on "Planning and Zoning"
  3. In the left-hand column, click on "Apply online"
  4. Select "Special Use Permit" in the drop-down menu
  5. Complete the application
  6. Once complete click "Submit"

The applications will request upload of the documents. Once the application package is submitted and complete, it will be processed and sent to the Planning Department for review.
